Now that you have somewhere to post them, you can go searching for quotes by subject and look for ones that relate to what you’re working on. And, don’t forget song lyrics! Sometimes musicians say it best.

You don’t need a hundred quotes. You just need a handful of powerful ones that resonate with you.

If not, it’s time to revisit those lessons and take what they were supposed to teach you.

So when you lose, don’t lose the lesson! Instead, use that teaching as a springboard into something great.

As you proceed on your journey, you are going to learn many things. And sometimes you have to learn things over and over again before you “get” it.

Shorten your learning curve by keeping track as you gain insights, “a-ha’s” and other life lessons that you can apply again in the future.

Here are some examples:

* Sometimes silence is the best response; don’t always feel the need to fire back!
