<p>So, who has already met the same goal you are trying to achieve? Who acts, thinks or speaks the way you would like to in your own life? Who has overcome adversity and still came out on top?</p>
<p>List your heroes and notice how just seeing their name inspires you to live a better life.</p>
<p>Remember, heroes might be people who are living today or they might be teachers from the past.</p>
<p>All that matters is that they inspire you and raise your standards.</p>

<p>* Pump up your energy<br />
* Make you smile every time<br />
* Reconnect you with your vision<br />
* Relax you when you&#8217;re stressed<br />
* Motivate you to keep working towards your goals</p>
<p>For some people it&#8217;s exercise, for others it&#8217;s travel. Some people like to make music, others prefer to sit back and watch a concert. Some people like group sports, and others choose a quiet hobby like reading or photography.</p>
<p>These things are like daily boosts that will keep you going. It might be challenging for you to take time for yourself, but that&#8217;s exactly what you need to do if you want to stay on track.</p>
<p>Go ahead and make your list, and then be sure that you&#8217;re participating in these motivating activities consistently! And, if your inspiration is getting low, double your dose!</p>
