What are the activities that:
* Pump up your energy
* Make you smile every time
* Reconnect you with your vision
* Relax you when you’re stressed
* Motivate you to keep working towards your goals
For some people it’s exercise, for others it’s travel. Some people like to make music, others prefer to sit back and watch a concert. Some people like group sports, and others choose a quiet hobby like reading or photography.
These things are like daily boosts that will keep you going. It might be challenging for you to take time for yourself, but that’s exactly what you need to do if you want to stay on track.
Go ahead and make your list, and then be sure that you’re participating in these motivating activities consistently! And, if your inspiration is getting low, double your dose!
