<p>Why? Because My Intents does not want to force you to visit us everyday. The last thing you need is another website to visit daily. Our philosophy is different. We want you to properly capture all the information you need in order be successful. Then, with strategic motivational frequencies, activate the law of attraction in your life.</p>
<p>There is a central location where all email notifications can be efficiently managed and we want to make sure that you know how to use it properly.</p>

<p>Expressing gratitude for what you have can have several profound effects:</p>

3. Motivation<br />
4. Spiritual connection<br />
5. Warmer relationships</p>
<p>Plus, according to the universal law of attraction, when you focus your attention on the positive (e.g., that the glass is half full), you attract more positive things into your life.</p>
<p>Many people have found that writing a gratitude list is an incredibly transformational practice. Consistently check out your gratitude list while you are planning and working on your goals, and ride that positive wave! Better yet, set an email notification and My Intents will send you a list of the things you are grateful for on a daily, weekly or monthly basis – you choose.</p>
